Balcombe Grammar Year 12 VCE Students Tour The REC As Part Of Their Studies

On Monday 29^th April Year 12 VCE students from Balcombe Grammar visited the Replas Environmental Centre as part of their product design and technology studies. They were empowered to learn just how well the recycling movement is being supported recently and the push for change to industry. They enjoyed the hands on display of the end products and were surprised to learn of the equivalent soft plastic content. The students were able to participate in a discussion to specifically answer questions about product development in industry as part of their Unit 3 outcomes. The students were able to cement the learning they had been completing in class with a real life industry example.
