As part of their personal development studies, eleven Year 12 students from St John’s Regional College visited the Replas Environmental Centre. The tour focused on how we can communicate and raise awareness in the community for our plastic waste problem. The students were challenged throughout the tour about why we need these recycling solutions . The teacher even pointed out the huge entrepreneurial potential there is in developing technology or viable solutions to these problems facing their generation. We look forward to hearing about what ideas the students come up with in the future!
